Custom Corrugated Boxes for Professional Product Packaging

Corrugated boxes are stronger than simple cardboard boxes. They are made with three layers of paper. Two flat outer layers are called liners, and the wavy middle layer is called the flute. The flute makes the box tough and light, and lets it handle pressure well. Making the box starts with large rolls of Kraft paper going into a corrugator machine. The machine heats and shapes the middle sheet into waves, then bonds all three layers together using heat and glue.
