Design & Sampling
Before you commit to a full run, design consultation, packaging artwork preparation, and samples let you judge the size, structure, and look of your idea. Our packaging design and sampling page has the details.
Production & Orders

How Can You Check Your Packaging Before Production?
Before production, look hard at four things: dimensions, structure, artwork and intended use. Does the product actually fit the structure? Is the artwork spelled correctly, in the right colours, with the logo where you expect it? And will the pack cope with how it’s stored and shipped?
A skincare brand, for instance, might find that its bottle fits but the logo sits right on a fold. If a sample is available for your project, a packaging sample review is the time to spot that. It’s much easier to fix at that stage than after the run.

Printing Methods
Which method suits you depends on your material, run size, and artwork. If you’re comparing flexo vs digital printing, run size is usually the first thing to look at.
Flexo printing, also known as flexographic printing, is a common choice for larger runs. It uses flexible plates and works on corrugated and other board. Offset printing suits fine artwork, where you want sharp detail and steady colour. Gravure uses engraved cylinders, so it’s normally saved for very long runs. For shorter runs, or artwork that might change, digital printing is simpler. It prints straight from your file, with no plates needed.
A few specialist methods add character. Screen printing drives ink via a mesh to obtain bold, solid colour. Letterpress presses increase type into the material, so the print has a slight appearance you can handle.
Foil Stamping
A logo or a fine line of detail can pick up a metallic accent through foil stamping. It’s a good option when one element should stand out, as long as your material allows it. Take a look at our foil stamping page.
Embossing and Debossing
