1. Processing Time
All custom packaging orders kick off only after you approve the proof.
- Standard orders usually take10–14 business days to process.
- Bulk or complex orders might need extra time, but we’ll give you a heads-up.
- Keep in mind, weekends and public holidays aren’t counted in processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted courier services to get your orders safely across the UK.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time starts only after your order is fully produced and ready to go.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on a few simple factors:
- Order weight
- Box dimensions
- Delivery location
- The shipping method you select You’ll see all costs clearly before completing your order at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
We like keeping you in the loop. Once your order is on the move:
- A tracking number will be emailed to you.
- It usually becomes active within 24 hours.
- Track it easily through the courier’s website.
5. Failed Delivery / Address Issues
Make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a courier can’t deliver because of missing or wrong details:
- Your order may come back to us.
- Extra charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged Parcels During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, don’t panic.
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us photos of the damaged package. We’ll guide you through a replacement or help with a claim, depending on the courier’s assessment.
