A gift box won’t act as protective transit packaging, so if your orders are posted, put it inside a tougher outer carton. Common uses:
Take two measurements. First, the widest point of your product, which is the maximum diameter. Second, its height. If you are adding tissue or an insert, leave a bit of space for it. Send us those, and we can start your quote.
For example, a 90 mm wide, 85 mm tall candle jar needs an internal diameter and height above those figures once any insert is counted.
Good lid fit matters as much as size, as it does on our rigid two piece boxes, so we specify the lid against the base and check both against your internal dimensions before quoting. For large round gift boxes, extra large round gift boxes or small round gift boxes with lids, the available lid styles and materials are agreed once you send your requirements.
The lid top is the obvious spot for your logo. The side wall can carry artwork too, but it wraps around a curve, so keep logos and small text away from the seam where the print meets.
