A blister pack has two parts: a clear plastic blister that holds the car, and a printed backing card it’s fixed to. Your branding goes on the card, and customers can see the car through the blister. The blister needs to follow the shape of the car fairly closely, because one that’s too big lets the car move and one that’s too small won’t fit, so we start from your measurements. With a window display box, you still get the look of a box, but there’s a cut-out in it so shoppers can see the car. That gives you a sturdier pack than a card, with space on the box for printing.
Sets, bundles and retail multipacks put several cars in one pack, so the layout matters more than anything else. Cars squeezed together can rub, and cars with too much room will slide, which means the number of cars, their direction and the way the pack is shown in store should all be settled first.
